AEEE 2024 registration begins for BTech admission; exam to held in January, May

AEEE 2024 exam is held for admission to BTech programmes offered at Amrita School of Engineering - Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravati, Mysuru, Nagercoil. Admission is granted based on the AEEE 2024 score, Joint Entrance Entrance Exam -Mains 2024 (JEE Mains 2024) or Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) or Pearson UG Engineering Entrance Examination Score (PUEEE).
The institute said that a candidate who has secured rank in both JEE Main 2024 and AEEE 2024 will have more possibility of getting admission in preferred branch with scholarship fees.
The AEEE entrance examination will be held in two phases - first phase will be scheduled for January 19 to 22, while second phase will be held on May 10 to 14 tentatively.
Scholarships are available to qualifying students from all branches for 85 percent of seats in BTech programmes. It informed that the approximately scholarships worth Rs 4.5 crore is being offered every year to top-ranking 300+ eligible candidates.

- Mechanical Engineering (MEE),

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE),
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE),
- Electronics and Computer Engineering (EAC).
To be eligible for appearing in the AEEE exam, candidates should have secured at least 55% in physics, chemistry and mathematics in Class 12 and an aggregate of 60%. Over 200 students are also given the opportunity to study abroad each year under various programmes.
