AP NEET PG 2025 round 3 merit list out for competent authority quota; lowest cut-off at 16

AP NEET PG Counselling 2025: A total of 359 in-service and 352 non-service candidates have been shortlisted for round 3 admissions after the cut-off reduction by NBEMS.

Use NowThe Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has published the AP NEET PG round 3 provisional merit lists for admission to postgraduate medical courses under the competent authority quota, following the reduction in NEET PG cut-off percentile to zero by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
As per the AP NEET PG merit list , a total of 359 in-service candidates have been declared eligible, with NEET PG marks ranging from 267 to as low as 37. Additionally, 86 in-service candidates have been shortlisted for DNB Post MBBS degree and diploma courses under the competent authority quota.
The university has also uploaded a separate state merit list for non-service candidates. A total of 352 candidates with NEET PG marks ranging from 500 to 16 have been selected for the AP NEET PG counselling . Ten candidates have been declared not eligible for the in-service and non-service categories after document verification.
Candidates have been asked to submit discrepancies or grievances by 4 pm on January 30 through the ticket-raising facility available in the candidate login portal, drntr.uhsap.in.
"In case of multiple documents to be uploaded, candidates should scan into a single PDF file and upload. Grievances received/submitted in any other mode other than the above will not be considered/entertained," it said.

AP NEET PG: PwD eligibility criteria
The university has also issued instructions for candidates who have registered under the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) quota for admission to allied and healthcare courses. A total of 18 PwBD have been directed to appear before the University Medical Board with original certificates and medical records at 10 am on January 31 at "Conference Hall, Second floor, Silver Jubilee block, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada".
The university has also flagged 26 candidates who paid the registration fee but failed to upload required documents.
