AP POLYCET 2025 registration deadline extended to April 17; eligibility, exam fees

NEW DELHI: The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) Andhra Pradesh, has extended the registration deadline to apply for the AP Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) 2025. Eligible candidates can now fill the application form through the official website at polycetap.nic.in by April 17.
The board will conduct the AP POLYCET 2025 exam on April 30 in a single shift from 11 am to 1 pm. As per the syllabus, the AP POLYCET 2025 question paper will cover topics from mathematics, physics, and chemistry from Class 10 (SSC) exam, March 2025 as prescribed by the state board.
The admit card for the AP POLYCET 2025 will be released one week before the entrance exam.
The SBTET conducts the AP POLYCET 2025 exam for admission to all diploma courses in engineering, non engineering, technology, offered at polytechnics, institutions in Andhra Pradesh state for 2025-26.

AP POLYCET 2025: Eligibility, fee
Candidates, who have passed the SSC exam, conducted by the state board AP or any other examination recognised as equivalent such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, APOSS by the board of secondary education, AP, are eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
The registration fee to sit for the AP POLYCET 2025 exam for the Other backward and Backward classes candidates is Rs 400. For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe category candidates, the application fee is Rs 100.
How to fill the AP POLYCET 2025 application form?
Eligible applicants should have to follow the steps given below to complete the application form for the entrance exam.
- Go to the official website at polycetap.nic.in
- On the homepage, look for the link ‘AP POLYCET 2025 ’ and click on it.
- You will be redirected to a new page.
- Fill the required details such as name, date of birth, email id, phone number, etc.
- Pay the required amount and press the submit icon.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
