Download NowAssam State School Education Board (ASSEB) will conduct the Assam Class 10, 12 board exams 2026 from February 10. Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared the update via Twitter, confirming that the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam will begin on February 10, 2026, while the Higher Secondary (HS) exam will start on February 11, 2026.

The detailed Assam board Class 10, 12 exam 2026 schedule will be announced soon on the official website at ahsec.assam.gov.in. Students appearing for these board exams should keep track of the official notifications for detailed schedules, exam centres, and guidelines.
Students can submit the application form for the Assam Class 12 board exam 2026 till November 25, 2025. The board has clarified that no offline or provisional forms will be accepted, and all eligible students should complete registration within the deadline.
The board has stressed that only students from permitted and recognised streams will be treated as regular candidates, while others will be classified as Institutional Private (I.P.) candidates with no subject changes allowed after submission.
Candidates appearing for the Assam HSLC exam should secure a minimum of 30% marks in each subject and 30% overall, with separate passing required in both theory and practical components where applicable. Assam HS students are required to score at least 30% in theory, 30% in practicals, and 30% aggregate in every subject, ensuring they qualify individually in both written and practical sections.
