Heads to ensure timely distribution

“Heads must ensure prompt distribution of mark sheets, provisional-cum-migration certificates, and registration certificates to students, keep the cross lists on record, and obtain acknowledgements from students. If an institution does not receive the documents, the head must inform the district education officer to facilitate the necessary action for their provision.”

The board has also directed district education officers to make necessary arrangements for handing over the document packets to the heads of recognised schools and colleges or their authorised representatives. In case a school receives documents of students from another institution, they must be returned to the district office immediately so they can be forwarded to the correct institution.
