Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 3 schedule revised due to revised cut-off percentile

Download EBookNEW DELHI: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has revised the National Eligibility Entrance Test - postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 round 3 counselling schedule following the recent revision of the NEET-PG 2024 qualifying percentiles by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As per the revised guidelines by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), General, EWS category candidates with a percentile of 15 and above, and SC, ST, OBC, and PwD category candidates with a percentile of 10 and above, are now eligible to participate in the counselling process.
As per the Bihar NEET PG 2024 round 3 revised schedule, the board will open the registration window for NEET PG counselling, today, January 9, 2025, to accommodate the newly qualified candidates. The Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling registration window will remain open till 10 pm on January 12, 2025.
“Candidates who have been allotted a seat and have taken admission by verifying their documents on their respective Seat or institution on the basis of Round-1, Round-2 Counselling and have not resigned from their Round-1, Round-2 Allotted seat are not eligible for Round-3 Counselling. Hence, they need not to submit fresh Online Application Form nor Willingness,” the official notice read.
Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2024: Registration fee, security deposit
Candidates from all categories will have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee pay Rs 2,200 through online mode only. In addition to the registration fee, candidates must also pay a security deposit, the amount of which varies based on the type of medical institute. Candidates can check the specific security deposit amounts required for the Bihar NEET PG counselling 2024 according to their category.
