The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has declared the Bihar NEET seat allotment 2025 result for 85% state quota seats. Government Medical College Bettiah and Patna Medical College (PMC) are the most sought-after institutes in Bihar, as per the round 1 seat allotment results.
Candidates allotted seats in round 1 will be allowed to download the Bihar NEET allotment 2025 order through the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, till August 28. Such candidates should complete the document verification and admission process between August 26 and 28, as per the revised schedule.
Recently, the MBBS and BDS admission process was put on hold. Later, the Bihar NEET UG counselling dates were revised after the Patna High Court’s interim stay on government fees for 50% seats in private medical colleges.
According to the current MBBS fee structure 2025-26, students will have to pay around Rs 69-95 lakh to study the course. However, the course fee is subject to change based on the court order.

The Bihar NEET MBBS cut-off 2025 for general UR category candidates shows that GMC Bettiah and PMC Patna have the highest closing rank for MBBS in round 1.
