Bihar NEET UG 2025: Round 3 registration will close on October 9. There are 19 MBBS seats vacant in Patna Medical College, and 100 each in Mahabodhi Medical College and Shyamlal Chandrashekhar Medical College.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the third round schedule for the Bihar NEET UG counselling 2025. According to the Bihar NEET UG seat matrix 2025 for round 3, a total of 624 MBBS and BDS seats are available. Virtual vacancies may arise after upgradation, the board said.
The choice filling-cum-registration process is now live on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Mahabodhi Medical College, Gayaji and Shyamlal Chandrashekhar Medical College, Khagaria will fill 100 MBBS seats each in the third round of Bihar NEET UG counselling 2025. Patna Medical College has 19 MBBS seats remaining vacant after round 2.
Candidates who were admitted in round 2 and did not take admission on the basis of All India Quota (AIQ) are not eligible to participate in Bihar NEET UG round 3 counselling. Those who have been allotted seats through round 3 counselling of MCC NEET UG counselling are also not allowed to take part in the state counselling process.
The round 3 counselling schedule for the 85% state quota seats in Bihar medical and dental colleges are given below.

Candidates belonging to unreserved, EWS, backward classes are required to pay Rs 1,200 as registration and counselling fee, whereas SC, ST candidates will have to pay Rs 600, if applying for government colleges.
All applicants will have to pay Rs 1,200, irrespective of the category, if applying for private medical colleges in Bihar. Candidates are required to pay the security deposit on the basis of the college applying to:
