BSEB has extended the OFSS Class 11 admission deadline for 2026–28 sessions till May 18. Students allotted seats in first merit list must complete admission on time
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has revised the schedule for Class 11 admissions under the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) for the 2026–28 academic session. According to the updated notification, candidates who have been allotted seats through the first merit list now have time till May 18, 2026, to complete their admission formalities.
This extension has been granted for students who could not complete the admission process within the earlier window, which was originally fixed from May 5 to May 12. The board clarified that this is a final opportunity for such candidates to secure their seats.
As per the guidelines issued by the board, all schools are required to regularly update admission data on the OFSS portal on a daily basis. Institutions must ensure that admissions completed on May 14 are entered by May 15, while those finalized on May 18 should be updated in the system by May 19. The board has further instructed that the entire online data entry and record verification process for Class 11 admissions must be fully completed by May 19, 2026, without delay.
