CCMT 2025 special round 1 choice filling, locking last date today; results on July 19

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal will close the choice filling and locking window for Centralised Counselling for MTech, MArch, and MPlan (CCMT) 2025 special round counselling 2025 today, July 17. Candidates can enter their choices and lock them on the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in.

The CCMT special round 1 counselling 2025 seat allotment results will be declared on July 19, and the round 2 results will be declared on July 26, as per the schedule. Candidates can also resolve any fee payment or registration-related queries today.

CCMT seat allotment 2025 is based on candidates' merit, preferences submitted, availability of seats, including other criteria. Candidates who are satisfied with their CCMT seat allotment results have to pay an acceptance fee of Rs 30,000 and download their allotment letter for admission.

After the seats are allotted, candidates will have to report to the college to confirm their admissions along with the required documents for verification purposes. CCMT counselling 2025 is conducted for admissions to MTech, MArch, MPlan based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores offered at National Institute of Technology (NITS), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTIs).

The list of documents required for CCMT admissions is as follows.

  • Printed copy of CCMT 2025 registration and choice filling form.
  • Printed copy of provisionally downloaded seat letter
  • Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard
  • Candidate’s photo ID proof
  • Class 10 and 12 marksheets
  • Three coloured passport-size photos
  • Qualifying Degree/ Provisional certificate
  • Category certificate
