CISCE announces ISC Class 12 results with over 1.02 lakh students passing; strong performance across regional, categories and special groups

Enrol NowThe Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class 12th result on the official websites at cisce.org and results.cisce.org. The overall pass percentage stood at 99.13%, with 1,02,414 students clearing the exam out of 1,03,316 candidates. ISC Result 2026 (OUT) LIVE
Girls performed better with a pass percentage of 99.48%, while boys recorded 98.81%. Students can access their scorecards by using the login credentials, including Unique ID, index number, and the captcha code.
This year, CISCE Class 12th examinations 2026 was conducted from February 12 to April 6, 2026, in offline (pen-and-paper) mode. The practical exams were held earlier in January 2026 at respective schools. Approximately 1.5 lakh students appeared for the examination this year.

CISCE 12th Result 2026: Regional, Category-wise and Special category students performs
The Southern region led with 99.87%, followed by the Western region at 99.55%.
In category-wise, scheduled caste candidates achieved a pass percentage of 98.76%, while scheduled tribe candidates recorded 98.07%, indicating overall high success rates across categories.
In special category, 305 students with learning difficulties appeared, with 36 scoring above 90%. visually challenged cases were 22 (9 candidates obtained above 90%).

The CISCE Class 12th Result 2026 contains key details, including candidate’s name, date of birth, Unique ID (UID), index number, school name, examination year, subject-wise marks, theory and internal assessment scores, corresponding grades, overall result or qualifying status, such as pass or fail. To check the ISC result 2026, students need to follow the steps given below:

Visit the official website of CISCE at cisce.org or results.cisce.org

Click on the ISC result 2026 link and enter the details, including UID (Unique ID) and index number

Fill in the captcha code displayed on the screen and then submit

The Class 12th result will appear on the screen

Download the Class 12th result 2026 and take a printout for future reference
Last year, the overall pass percentage for the ISC (Class 12) result 2025 was 99.02%. A total of 99,551 students appeared, out of which 98,578 candidates passed the examination.
