As per the guidelines, the students must complete the CLAT 2026 application form and pay the fees before the last date to avoid any hassle. Any incomplete CLAT application forms shall not be accepted. Students are required to register for CLAT 2027 by using their personal mobile number and email ID. Upon registration, an OTP will be sent to the student's registered mobile number for authentication. Once the mobile number is validated, candidates can login using the registered mobile number and the password created at the time of registration.

The CLAT 2027 syllabus comprises five sections listed below.

Consortium of NLUs has announced that there are no changes to the syllabus or pattern for the CLAT 2027 entrance exam. The existing syllabus for both the CLAT UG and PG entrance exams has been retained. However, the CLAT 2027 convenor and paper setters will adopt the recommendations of the Expert Committee Report 2026 related to question format and quality wherever possible.

The CLAT UG and PG eligibility criteria 2026 are given below. 

Educational Qualification: Class 12th or equivalent for the UG entrance exam and LLB graduation for PG.
Minimum Marks Required in UG Qualifying Exam: For the UG exam, general candidates must have 45% marks, while others must have atleast 40%
Minimum Marks Required in PG Qualifying Exam: Candidates belonging to the general category must have 50% marks, while others must have 45% marks.
