Candidates who have qualified COMEDK 2024 will be eligible to apply for the counselling process. “The tuition fee and other fees etc. for the academic year 2024-25 is yet to be decided. As and when the same is decided, it will be updated on the COMEDK website,” it said. However, the upper limit of tuition fee, as per last year, ranged between Rs 1,69,192 to Rs 2,37,706.
The detailed schedule will be uploaded on the official website soon. Candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents.
- Candidate’s original ID proof.
- Date of birth proof. PAN card, passport, voter ID, driving license, and any other government ID proof, Class 10 mark sheet, or birth certificate.
- Karnataka PUC, Class 12 or equivalent certificate.
- PUC admit card and mark sheet.
- COMEDK Admit Card
- Improvement or supplementary mark sheet.
- SC, ST, OBC certificate
- Domicile certificate.
COMEDK Counselling: Eligibility
To be eligible for the COMEDK engineering counselling, candidates have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria.
Should have passed in Karnataka 2nd PUC or Class 12 exam with English as one of the languages and obtained a minimum score of 45% of marks in aggregate in physics and mathematics and compulsory subjects along with chemistry, bio-technology, biology, electronics, computer science. Those belonging to reserved category should have obtained 40% in aggregate marks. Relaxation in minimum marks will be applicable only for Karnataka candidates.
For admission to 5-year BArch degree, as per the Council of Architecture, candidates should have passed the Class 12 exam with at least 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
Candidates should have to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by the National Testing Agency (NTA) or NATA conducted by the Council for admission to the Architecture degree course.
