CTET admit card for December 2024 session to be out on this date; latest updates

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will issue the Central Teacher Eligibility Test admit card for the December 2024 session two days before the CTET exam date. The teacher eligibility exams for paper 1 and paper 2 will be held in two shifts on December 14.
Candidates who have registered for the exam will have to download the CTET admit card 2024 from the official website, ctet.nic.in, using their application number, password, and security pin as displayed on the hall ticket link. It is mandatory to carry the CTET December admit card 2024 to the exam centre on the day of the test. Without the valid hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
As per the CTET admit card release date 2024 details, the information bulletin states that the CBSE Board will issue the hall tickets two days before the exam date. Candidates can also expect the CTET city intimation slip before the admit card.

The board had earlier announced to hold the exam on December 1, which was later postponed to December 14. Moreover, it announced that it will conduct the exam on December 15 in cities where the number of registration is large. CTET results on the other hand will be declared by the end of January 2025, as per the schedule.
“In case of any discrepancy noticed in e-admit card regarding particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information which is different from confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact CTET Unit for necessary corrections,” the board added.
