Search operations at affected schools

"We are thoroughly checking the campuses. Nothing suspicious has been found yet," a senior police officer said, adding that search operations were continuing at the affected schools. Additionally, authorities are probing the source of the threats and whether they were part of a coordinated attempt just to create panic.

According to the official DPS Dwarka notice, the mid-term exams scheduled for the day have also been postponed, and fresh dates will be intimated shortly.

Earlier in August, DPS Dwarka received a bomb threat call, and the authorities were prompted to evacuate the school premises immediately, causing panic among students and school staff. The other six schools also received similar bomb threats -prompting large search operations led by police teams. With inputs from PTI
