As per the official notice issued by the university’s admission branch, both institutes will now conduct the admission process jointly on their own. This means candidates will have to apply directly through the institutes instead of participating in the regular DU PG counselling portal.
The notice also mentioned that students who appeared for the common university entrance test postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 exam under paper code SCQP21 and fulfil the required eligibility criteria can apply for admission to the MPT programme. However, the seat allocation and admission process will be managed separately by the two institutes.

About CUET PG 2026
The common university entrance test postgraduate (CUET PG), is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to postgraduate programmes offered by universities across the country. The exam is held for a wide range of subjects and professional courses. CUET PG scores will continue to play an important role in the admission process, even though admissions will not be conducted through the DU CSAS portal this year.
