Download NowThe University of Delhi has released the second round of seat allocation results for the DU Postgraduate counselling 2025 today, June 24. According to data shared by the university, a total of 3,012 applicants have been allotted new seats in DU PG round 2 counselling 2025.

Among those who had already been assigned seats in the first round, 1,032 candidates chose to retain their earlier choice, while 1,310 applicants received an upgraded seat in this round. A total of 3,847 candidates have frozen their seats after this round of allocations.
Candidates who participated in the counselling process can download the DU PG round 2 seat allotment results 2025 through the official website, pgadmission.uod.ac.in by entering their application number and date of birth. Candidates allotted a seat in the DU PG round 2 counselling 2025 will have to accept the allocated seat by June 27.
Seat allocation for postgraduate programmes at the DU is carried out based on merit determined by the Common University Entrance Test (Postgraduate), or CUET (PG) score. Candidates are required to meet both the minimum eligibility conditions and the specific criteria set for each programme. The allocation process takes into account the candidate’s preferences for college, department and programme, along with seat availability and the candidate’s social category.
As per the official schedule, the document verification and admission approval for candidates allotted seats in the second round of counselling will take place till June 28, 2025. The last date for candidates to pay the admission fee online is June 29, 2025. The university will also open the mid-entry window for fresh applicants and those who could not participate in earlier rounds from July 2 to 4, 2025.
