GATE 2025: IIT Madras cut-offs went up for major MTech programmes last year

Check NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras recorded an increase in the GATE cut-offs for the major MTech programmes last year. Computer science and engineering and integrated circuits and systems programmes saw the highest GATE scores. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 is being held for admission to postgraduate engineering programmes at IITs and other institutions. The first two days were held on February 1, 2 and the next exams are scheduled for February 15 and 16.

IIT Madras offers 31 MTech programmes under 18 different departments including computer science, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, and others.
Candidates who wish to grab MTech seats at IITM will have to register on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) after the declaration of GATE 2025 results. IIT Roorkee will announce the GATE result 2025 on March 19.
