The Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, has started registrations for Haryana NEET PG counselling 2025 round 3 for admission to MD, MS, post MBBS DNB, and post MBBS diploma programmes. Candidates who joined their allotted medical seats in Haryana NEET PG round 2 can resign their seats in person at their respective colleges on January 27 and 28, 2026, till 4 pm.
Candidates can apply for fresh registration for round 3 Haryana NEET PG counselling 2025 on the official website, hry.online-counselling.co.in, by February 7.
According to the NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule, the round 3 seat allotment result will be announced on February 8. The window for paying the tuition fee will be open from February 8 to 10.
Candidates allotted seats in Haryana NEET PG round 3 counselling are required to complete physical document verification at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, between February 11 and 12.

After successful document verification, candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from February 11 to 13 and must report to the allotted institute by February 13.
As per the filled and vacant seat report released after round 2 counselling, a total of 292 seats are available for round 3 of Haryana NEET PG 2025 counselling.
All candidates, whether already registered or newly registered, who want to take part in round 3 Haryana NEET PG counselling and apply only for state quota seats in government, government-aided medical colleges will have to pay an online fee of Rs 25,000 (Rs 12,500 for SC/ SCD/ BCA/ BCB/ EWS/ PwBD candidates from Haryana).
Candidates applying for both state quota and management quota seats in private medical colleges or universities are required to pay Rs 2 lakh. Those who do not pay the required amount will not be allowed to participate in round 3 counselling.
Candidates already registered for round 1 and round 2 do not need to register again for round 3, but those allotted seats in earlier rounds must submit their online willingness to upgrade, or they will not be eligible for round 3 counselling.
Candidates who have joined the seat allotted in round 1 or round 2 will keep that seat, and it will change only if they get an upgraded seat in round 3. However, those taking part in round 3 will have to submit their choices again.
