HP SOS Result 2024: Students can submit their applications for improvement exams from December 6 to 31, 2024.

NEW DELHI: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBSE) has announced the results for the special exams for Class 8, 10, and 12 (both regular and private) under the Himachal Pradesh State Open School (HP SOS) program. Students who appeared for the exams can download the HPBOSE SOS result 2024 through the official website, hobos.org.
Students will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the HPBOSE SOS result 2024.
These results are now accessible to students who participated in the special exams. For classes 10 and 12, students have the option to request reevaluation and re-checking of their answer sheets.
Students who appeared for the HPBOSE SOS 2024 exams for Class 10 and Class 12 have the option to request a re-evaluation or re-checking of their answer sheets. The re-evaluation process, where the entire answer sheet is re-assessed, will incur a fee of Rs 500 per subject.

Students can apply for re-checking, which involves verifying the accuracy of marks and calculations, for a fee of Rs 400 per subject. The application window for both re-evaluation and re-checking will open on December 17, 2024.
Additionally, students who wish to improve their marks or who have failed can apply for the improvement exams. The improvement exams allow students to retake specific subjects to enhance their performance. These exams for Class 10 and Class 12 students will be conducted in March 2025. To apply for the improvement exams, students must submit their applications between December 6 and December 31, 2024.
This process provides students with a chance to improve their scores, especially for those who may not have met the passing criteria or wish to raise their grades for better opportunities. The option for re-evaluation, re-checking, and improvement exams ensures that students have multiple avenues to address any concerns regarding their results.

Gunotsav 2025 will be conducted in three phases, with the first phase covering 11 districts from January 6 to 9, second phase in 14 districts from January 17 to 22, and third phase in 10 districts from February 5 to 8.
