IBPS revises CRP exam calendar for 2025-26; RRB officer scale 1 prelims on November 22, 23

IBPS Recruitment Exam 2025: The preliminary examination for PO, MT will be held on August 17, 23, and 24, 2025, while the main examination is scheduled for October 12, 2025.
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued the revised tentative calendar for the online Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for public sector banks (PSBs) and regional rural banks (RRBs) for the 2025-26 cycle. The revised calendar outlines the new exam dates for various recruitment exams, including probationary officers, management trainees, specialist officers, clerks, and officers in RRBs.

The calendar also includes exam dates for the Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees – XV (CRP PO/MT-XV), Common Recruitment Process for Specialist Officers – XV (CRP SPL-XV), and Common Recruitment Process for Clerks in Specialist Assistants – XV (CRP CSA-XV) under public sector banks. It also covers the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks – XIV (CRP RRBs-XIV) for Office Assistants and Officers in Scale I, II, and III.
As per the revised schedule, the preliminary exam for officer scale 1 in RRBs will be held on November 22 and 23, 2025, while the exam for office assistants is scheduled for December 6, 7, 13 and 14, 2025. There will be no preliminary exam for officer scale 2 and 3, for whom a single-stage exam will be conducted.
IBPS Recruitment Exam 2025: Document specifications
Eligible candidates can register for the IBPS recruitment exams through the official website at ibps.in. A single registration will be applicable for both preliminary and main exams, wherever applicable. The document specifications for the IBPS recruitment exams 2025 if given below.
- A recent photograph of the applicant should be uploaded in .jpeg format, with a file size between 20 kb and 50 kb.
- The applicant's signature must be in .jpeg format, with a file size ranging from 10 kb to 20 kb.
- The thumb impression of the applicant should be uploaded in .jpeg format, with a file size between 20 kb and 50 kb.
- A scanned copy of the handwritten declaration, as per the format provided in the official notification, must be uploaded in .jpeg format and should be between 50 kb and 100 kb in size.
“Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their 'live photograph' at the time of application, either by using webcam or mobile phone,” the official notice said.
