IGNOU BA MSME Programme: The registration window is open for the July 2024 session.

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched Bachelor of Arts in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (BAMSME) programme through its School of Vocational Education and Training (SOVET). The BA MSME programme, available through Open and Distance Learning (ODL), is currently open for applications for the July 2024 session.
As per the IGNOU official press release, the BA MSME programme is tailored to address the educational and skill development requirements of aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those who have finished their Class 12 education. The programme is intended to provide students with the knowledge and skills to successfully start and manage new businesses. "By providing university-level education in entrepreneurship, this programme addresses the growing demand for new business creation, employment generation, and economic development in the country."
