IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placements 2025: TCS leads in cluster 3; Zomato, Apple new recruiters

IIM Ahmedabad 2026 Placements: Infrastructure and core manufacturing sectors witnessed a surge in participating this year, with participation from Hero MotorCorp, Suzuki Japan and Tata Steel, among others.
The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) has conducted its Summer Placements for the PGP Class of 2027. The institute recorded 100% placements for the 2025-27 batch in the third cluster where Tata Consultancy led the placements with the highest number of hires in the niche consultancy cohort.
The cluster 3 placements took place in hybrid mode, with several companies visiting the campus while others participated online. The cluster saw over 90 roles offered by firms across various fields.
“The cluster saw a large pool of opportunities with more than 90 roles offered from firms across the cohorts. Prominent recruiters in the Enterprise Technology cohort were Adobe, Apple, Microsoft, Media.net, Salesforce and Sprinklr among others,” according to the official press release.
While Samsung Electronics recruited in the consumer electronics field.
Notably, the infrastructure and core manufacturing sectors witnessed a surge in participating this year, with companies such as Hero MotorCorp, Suzuki Japan and Tata Steel, among others taking part in the recruitment process.
Moreover, several other recruiters took part in the IIM Ahmedabad placements for the first time, including Hero MotoCorp (Infrastructure & Core Manufacturing), SKF India (Infrastructure & Core Manufacturing), Eternal (Zomato Group) (Consumer Technology), Ultimate Kronos Group (Enterprise Technology), Apple (Enterprise Technology) amongst many others.
The recruitment process included diverse roles across multiple sectors, including consumer technology, consulting, gaming and sports, consumer electronics, enterprise technology, baking and insurance, analytics and IT consulting, core manufacturing and infrastructure, education technology, renewable energy, green technology, social enterprises, government enterprises, logistics, real estate, and food and diary.
