IIM Kashipur records 100% MBA placements with 28% increase in highest CTC

IIM Kashipur Placements 2023: The highest CTC stands at Rs 37 lakh per annum and average CTC of the batch 2021-23 at Rs 18.11 lakh per annum.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur concluded its final placement season for the MBA and MBA-Analytics batch of 2021-23. The highest salary package stood at Rs 37 lakh per annum and the average cost to company (CTC) at Rs 18.11 lakh per annum, the institute said in a statement.
This year, over 200 organizations participated in the summer and final placements. IIM Kashipur concluded its placements on January 10, 2023 “making it the fastest placement season to ever close off with the highest package of Rs 37 LPA”, it said.
The average annual salary of the batch 2021-23 stood at Rs 18.11 LPA with a year-over-year (YOY) growth of 19%. "The median CTC is Rs 17.2 LPA with a YOY growth of 16%. The highest CTC stands at Rs 37 LPA with 28% growth over the previous year,” it added.
As per the IIM Kashipur placement 2023 report, the top 10% of the MBA batch bagged an average CTC of Rs 28.5 LPA and the average CTC for the top 20% was Rs 25.9 LPA, and for the top 30%, the average CTC was Rs 24.5 LPA with a successful YOY growth of 21%, 20%, and 22% respectively.
IIM Kashipur is among the few IIMs following the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) to prepare and report placement data. It went through an independent audit for both summer and final placement reports as per IPRS standards.
New recruiters who participated in the IIM Kashipur placements this year include HashiCorp, EXL Analytics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nomura, MTR Group, with a coterie of recruiters.
Students at IIM Kashipur actively enhanced their corporate presence with amazing wins in various corporate and B School competitions, by bagging 1 National Winner award, 8 National Finalists, and 4 National Semi-Finalists positions, IIM Kashipur added.
