IIM Kozhikode, TimesPro launch strategic management programme for CXOs

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, in collaboration with TimesPro has launched a strategic management programme for Chief Experience Officers (CXOs). The 10-month programme will provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process and the skills necessary to lead large-scale organisational transformations.
As per the institute, this programme is designed for senior executives to develop the knowledge and leadership skills they need to succeed in today's business environment.
The programme will cover various modules including strategic thinking, business planning, risk management, data science, analytics, profit planning, corporate finance, digital transformation, corporate leadership, and accountability. It also includes a campus immersion module of three days each and alumni status for the learners, the institute said. The programme will be conducted via TimesPro’s Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered through the Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode.
