IIM Lucknow to hold 39th convocation ceremony on March 31

IIM Lucknow Convocation 2025: Devi Prasad Shetty, founder and chairperson of Narayana Health will be the chief guest of the event.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow will hold its 39th Convocation on Monday, March 31, 2025. The IIM Lucknow’ convocation ceremony will be attended by Devi Prasad Shetty, founder and chairperson of Narayana Health, as the chief guest.
N Chandrasekaran, chairperson of the board of governors, IIM Lucknow, will confer degrees upon graduating students. Archana Shukla, director of IIM Lucknow, will present the director’s report, highlighting achievements and developments at the institute.
Students from various postgraduate programmes, including the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management (PGPSM), International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX), and Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE), will be recognized with medals for academic excellence.

IIM Lucknow Placements 2025: Packages and offers
IIM Lucknow has completed final placements for its 39th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). A total of 570 students secured placements, with 600 job offers extended across various sectors. In IIM Lucknow placements 2025 , the highest domestic salary package reached Rs 75 LPA, while the top international offer stood at Rs 65 LPA. The average salary for the IIM Lucknow placement season 2025 was reported at Rs 32.3 LPA.
Recruiters and new participants
Over 180 companies participated in the IIM Lucknow placements 2025, which was conducted in a hybrid format. Recruiters from consulting, finance, sales and marketing, product management, e-commerce, and other sectors hired students for various roles.
Major recruiters in IIM Lucknow placements 2025 included Accenture, Amazon, Bain & Company, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, and Goldman Sachs. Additionally, first-time recruiters such as Ather Energy, BPCL, DBS Bank, Maruti Suzuki, PhonePe, and Walmart offered both domestic and international positions to IIM Lucknow students.
