The list of shortlisted candidates for IIT Jodhpur MTech admissions 2025 will be declared on April 25. Eligible candidates can apply online through the IIT Jodhpur’s official website, iitj.ac.in.
Candidates belonging to general and OBC categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300 and SC, ST and PwD category candidates have to pay Rs 150 as applicable registration fee. However, candidates applying for more than one programme, their application fee will be automatically summed up.
IIT Jodhpur MTech admissions 2025 eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for admissions to IIT Jodhpur MTech programme is as follows.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, or a master’s degree in science, MCA, pharmacy, medical sciences, agricultural sciences, or in a related field.

Candidates belonging to general, OBC category must have a minimum of 60% marks and 55% for SC, ST, PwD category in aggregate or as specified by the university. Or, minimum CGPA of 6.0 for general, OBC and atleast 5.5 for ST, and PwD category on the scale of 10.

Candidates who have qualified or are appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree from any IIT having a CGPA of 8.0 or above are given direct admissions. Such candidates are exempted from having a GATE score but will have to go for a personal interview (PI) for admission. IIT Jodhpur will prepare a merit list of all candidates and invite them for a personal interview. Candidates who qualify will be offered admission.

Additionally, full-time regular candidates with financial support must either have a valid GATE score or be exempted from GATE as per the MHRD circular or must have qualified for an equivalent National exam or have qualified in the written test and interview conducted by IIT Jodhpur .
