Among the registered students, 1,045 students got placed, whereas 372 students did not get a job offer, as of May 17. The placement data may differ after the final report.

A IIT-K student told Careers360 in December that around 450 companies took part in this year’s placement drive. “The situation was far better last year. Every year, a better number of students bag PPOs, which makes way for other candidates to have a better shot at placement when the season begins,” said the student. Till the end of Phase 1 last year, 1,128 students were placed with 208 PPOs extended by companies.
