The anniversary event in Lucknow brought together faculty, students, alumni, and industry representatives. The institution outlined future academic plans and presented awards for staff service and student achievements.
The Jaipuria Foundation celebrated 30 years of academic operations at a ceremony held at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The institute, which has recently secured the 67th rank in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), used the occasion to reflect on its academic journey and future plans.
The ceremony began with a formal lamp-lighting and Saraswati Vandana, attended by students, faculty, alumni, and industry representatives. The event acknowledged the foundation’s efforts to maintain academic programs, provide professional development opportunities, and implement systems to support management education across its campuses.
The foundation highlighted the One Jaipuria Initiative, which standardises learning and academic practices across the Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore campuses. The initiative includes a unified curriculum, centralised placement processes, shared academic resources, and collaborative learning opportunities for students.

The institution also presented loyalty awards to staff and academic performance awards to students, acknowledging long-term service and scholastic accomplishments.
“The 30-year milestone is not just a celebration of Jaipuria Foundation’s unparalleled legacy, but a testament to Jaipuria’s commitment to shaping the future of management education in India,” the official press release said.
The director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Kavita Pathak, said, “Foundation Day in the life of an institution is not just a celebration, it is also a moment to reminisce about what we were and to reflect on what we hope to become in the future. At the heart of this 30-year journey is the hunger to improve from what we were a day ago, an hour ago, a year ago. With that kind of culture, guided by 11 principles of management and a student code of conduct, we are proudly reshaping our grand identity for the next 30 years.”
