Below are the tips provided by previous year JEE Main 100 percentilers for the students.
Siddhant Mukherjee, JEE Main 2021 topper (100 percentiler) while advising students to practice previous year JEE Main question papers, said “I solved nearly 30 previous year papers of JEE Mains and identified the topics with higher weightage or the ones that needed more extensive preparation.”
While talking about his JEE Main preparation, Siddhant said that “For physics and maths, it is sufficient to focus on minimizing mistakes by analyzing the patterns in them if one’s conceptual foundations are clear. If not, it is best to focus on that first. For chemistry, NCERT books are sufficient to cover all the questions in jee main”.

Guramrit Singh, JEE Main 2021 topper (100 percentiler) advised students to start their preparation early and ensure that the basic concepts are clear. Candidates should also attempt chapter-wise mock tests to check their preparation of the chapter.
Candidates should prepare a study time table to complete the JEE Main syllabus 2022 and also keep proper time for revision in their plan. JEE Main 2022 exam dates have not been announced by NTA yet.
