The last date to exercise the Karnataka NEET UG round 2 choice filling is tomorrow, September 18.

As per the official notice, options entered in the previous second-round allotment will also be visible on the candidates’ login portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The provisional seat allotment result for Karnataka NEET UG round 2 counselling was announced on September 10, 2025.

AYUSH courses included in round 2 seat allotment

Alongside medical and dental courses, the Karnataka NEET UG round 2 seat allotment will also cover AYUSH courses, including Ayurveda, Unani, and Homoeopathy. “Eligible candidates who have made Choice-2 and paid the fee after the declaration of the results of the previous round of seat allotment and who have not been allotted AYUSH seats can participate in the seat allotment,” the official notice said.

Candidates who secured a seat in the Karnataka NEET UG first round, paid the fee under Choice-2, and submitted a caution deposit of Rs 1 lakh can reorder or remove their options if necessary. Candidates who had paid the caution deposit but did not secure a medical seat and joined engineering or other courses in the third round will have to pay a fresh caution deposit of Rs 1 lakh to be considered for medical seat allotment.
