The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has declared the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 round 3 seat allotment result for medical and dental courses. Candidates who participated in Karnataka NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling can check their seat allotment result through the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

The Karnataka NEET UG 2025 final seat allotment result for round 3 will be announced on October 27, 2025. Candidates allotted seats in this round will then have to pay the remaining admission fee by October 30, 2025. After paying the fee, candidates will be allowed to download the Karnataka NEET UG 2025 seat confirmation slip and complete admission at the allotted college with all original documents.

KEA has clarified that there is no possibility of requesting cancellation of the allotted seat at this stage. Candidates who fail to report to the college, wish to cancel the seat, or do not complete admission will forfeit the medical course fee deposit.

“Penalty should also be paid as per rules - he/she will not be eligible to participate in the medical counselling of the following three years, including All India Counselling,” the KEA said.

Transparency list published for round 3 allotment

The Karnataka NEET UG 2025 round 3 allotment process also includes 443 new medical seats added across nine colleges. Candidates who had reported to colleges after the first and second rounds of Karnataka NEET UG allotment were allowed to participate only for the newly added seats, if they were interested.

KEA has published a separate transparency list showing candidates allotted these 443 seats. This list also includes candidates who did not receive any seat in the first or second round but participated in the Karnataka NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling.

KEA states that students admitted to the newly added seats can vacate seats. Seats vacated by students admitted to the newly added colleges will be allotted to candidates who have not yet received a seat.

“When students admitted to the newly added 443 seats vacate any seat, those seats will be allotted only to candidates participating in the 3rd round who have not yet received a seat,” the official notice said.

In the next iteration of Karnatak NEET UG seat allotment, remaining seats will be distributed based on merit and preferences from the combined list of 967 candidates published for seat upgradation.
