The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the final seat allotment result for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2025 round 1 counselling. Eligible candidates can download the Karnataka PGCET allotment order through the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

To download the Karnataka PGCET 2025 final allotment order, candidates are required to enter their CET number and the captcha code that appears on the screen. As per the KEA notification, candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round will have to choose one option out of the four available choices after reading the instructions and understanding the implications.

Candidates who fail to exercise any of the choices within the scheduled deadline will automatically forfeit their allotted seats without any further notice. The details of the four choices are available on the KEA website along with the instructions for the next stage of the admission process.

Karnataka PGCET round 1 seat confirmation deadline

As per the official schedule, candidates who have selected Choice 1 and Choice 2 will have to pay the prescribed fees between October 6 and October 8, 2025. Choice 1 candidates will have to download the confirmation slip after fee payment. The last date for reporting at the allotted colleges for Choice 1 candidates, along with the downloaded confirmation slip, is October 9, 2025.

Candidates who have not received any seat in the Karnataka PGCET round 1 counselling 2025 are not required to exercise a choice at this stage. However, such candidates will have to log in again during the second round to confirm their participation.

Candidates should also take a printout of the finally submitted option form. The schedule for the second round of option entry and login will be announced separately on the KEA website.

Karnataka PGCET Final Allotment Result 2025: Documents required

Candidates who are required to report to the allotted institute will have to carry the following documents during the reporting process.

  • Printout of the Karnataka PGCET 2025 application form
  • Karnataka PGCET 2025 hall ticket
  • GATE 2025 scorecard (if applying through GATE)
  • Two recent passport-size colour photographs
  • SSLC/Class 10 mark sheet
  • Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet
  • Certificates of Class 10 and Class 12
  • Qualifying examination mark sheet and degree/provisional certificate
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Income certificate (if availing the fee waiver)
  • Work certificate (if applying for MTech/ME/MArch Part-Time course)
