The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has found 967 applications submitted for the Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling to be defective. Such candidates are required to upload their documents after rectifying the errors.

The Kerala CEE has published a list of candidates whose NEET PG applications have defects. While most of them have submitted outdated or defective documents, some uploaded signatures in the wrong format.

The list can be accessed by clicking the link titled ‘Defective List’ available on the website. To rectify these errors, candidates should login to the Kerala NEET PG official portal, cee.kerala.gov.in, using application number and password.

On their profile page, candidates can view the details of the defects under the ‘memo details’ menu. The last date to upload the updated documents is October 27 by 5 pm.

“No further opportunity will be given for correction. Candidates who fail to rectify the defects in their Nativity documents within the stipulated time will not be considered for any reservation benefits, irrespective of having uploaded valid documents for reservation claims,” it said.

Candidates who are children of non-Keralite parents but hold an MBBS degree from a Kerala medical college are eligible, without communal, special, or disability reservation benefits. The nativity clause was struck down for non-Keralite service doctors as per the 2024 Kerala High Court judgment, making them eligible for admission under the service quota.
