Kerala NEET UG 2025: CEE to revise MBBS, BDS seat allotment; chance to modify choices by August 15

The Kerala Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) will revise the provisional allotment list for MBBS and BDS admissions. The CEE Kerala declared the round 1 seat allotment results for MBBS and BDS admissions in government and private medical colleges on August 6. The next day, the MCC revised the NEET UG counselling schedule for both All India Quota (AIQ) and state quota, extending the timeline for registration, choice filling, and seat allotment to August 18.

In line with this, a facility for option registration, deletion, re-arrangement for MBBS and BDS courses has been made available for candidates from August 9, to August 15. Those who have already registered for Kerala MBBS admissions can avail this facility to rearrange the order of preferences to increase their chances of admission.

The latest notification suggests that the previously published Kerala NEET UG allotment 2025 has been cancelled. However, candidates will be able to rearrange their choices for better allotment.

As per the updated schedule, the revised provisional allotment list will be revised and published on August 16 based on the options received till 11.59 pm on August 15. The first round final allotment results will be declared on August 18, it stated.

As per the first phase seat allotment published on August 5, Government Medical College Kozhikode recorded the highest NEET cut-off 2025 at 175 rank, followed by Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram, which closed the admission at 287 rank. Other government medical colleges in Thrissur, Kollam, Kannur, Allappuzha admitted students with ranks ranging from 400 to 650.
