Maharashtra Class 11 registration for CAP round 1 starts on May 21; over 20 lakh seats offered

Maharashtra Class 11 Admission 2025: The state offers a total of 20,43,254 seats to confirm admission under CAP or quota.
The Maharashtra Government has issued the Maharashtra Class 11 CAP round 1 admission schedule 2025. As per the schedule, the registration process will start on May 21 at 11 am. The total number of seats offered in Maharashtra for Class 11 admission 2025 is 20,43,254 under CAP or quota.
Students can apply for Class 11 admission 2025 on the official website, mahafyjcadmissions.in. The seat intake includes a total capacity of 8,52,206 for science, 5,40,312 for commerce, and 6,50,682 for art stream.
As per the state government’s official statement, a total of 9,281 colleges across the state have completed their registration and verification process to offer admission to students who qualified for the HSC board exams .

The Maharashtra government recently issued a new helpline number and email ID for Class 11 CAP admission and urged all students and parents to rely on only official sources for information, as admission will be conducted in online mode. The state government provided a helpline number 8530955564 and email ID support@mahafyjcadmissions.in, for assistance.
Maharashtra FYJC admission 2025 seat intake
Students who confirm admission in any junior college through CAP or quota will be considered to have completed the admission process. The division-wise total intake capacity for all streams across Maharashtra is shown in the table below.

From this year onwards, the state government decided to expand CAP for Class 11 admission 2025 . A total of four rounds will be conducted for Class 11 admission, and the remaining seats will be converted to the open category to avoid any vacancies.
