The registration process for the Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 counselling has begun for admission to MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses for the academic year 2025-26. Non-resident India (NRI) candidates applying for 15% institute quota will have to register on the admission portal before November 6.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell has also issued the information brochure and complete schedule for Maharashtra NEET PG round 1 counselling. The registration link will remain active till November 7 for all eligible candidates.
The Maharashtra NEET PG seat matrix and provisional merit list for round 1 counselling will be published on November 10. Choice filling and seat allotment results will follow next in the process.

As per the revised eligibility criteria, non-resident Indians and wards of NRI will be given top priority while allotting seats. Candidates seeking admission under the NRI quota are required to register on Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before November 6. Such applicants are eligible only for 15% institute quota as per merit.
Students who have completed an MBBS degree from a foreign university are not eligible for admission in Maharashtra medical colleges.
Those eligible for PwD reservation should claim the quota at the time of registration. They will have to submit an online PwD certificate issued by any one of the 16 designated disability boards set by the state to be eligible for admission. Only applicants who received the PwD certificates from these designated disability centres will be able to view the choices for the quota.
The application form fee of Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 is Rs 3,000. Along with the counselling registration fee, candidates are required to pay a refundable security deposit.

The approved tuition fees for government and municipal corporation medical colleges for academic year 2025-26 is Rs 1,52,100 per year and an additional Rs 5,000 development fee.
Selected candidates will have to pay Rs 1,500 admission fee, Rs 500 gymkhana fees, and Rs 4,000 hostel fee per year.
