Download NowThe Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is set to announce the Maharashtra SSC Result 2026 today, May 8 on its official website, mahahsscboard.in and mahresult.nic.in. Students who appeared for the Class 10 examinations will be able to access their marksheets online at 11:30 am by entering their roll or seat number along with their mother’s first name. Apart from the official websites students can check their scores via DigiLocker and sms as well.
The Maharashtra SSC (Class 10) exams for 2026 were conducted between February 20 and March 18 for theory papers, while practical and viva assessments were completed earlier from February 2 to February 18.
To qualify in the SSC examination, students must secure a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. This requirement applies to both theory and practical components, and candidates must pass each section separately wherever practical exams are involved.

Students can follow these steps to view and download their scorecards;
- Visit the official results portal such as mahresult.nic.in
- Click on the link for Maharashtra SSC Result 2026 on the homepage
- Enter your seat number or roll number along with your mother’s first name
- Submit the details to proceed
- Your result will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print the marksheet for future use
Maharashtra SSC Result 2026: How to check via sms
To Check their Maharashtra SSC results 2026 via sms, students can follow the below steps;
- Open the SMS application on your mobile phone.
- Type your message in this format: MHSSC Seat Number.
- For example, if your seat number is M123456, type: MHSSC M123456.
- Send the message to 57766.
- Wait for the reply; your marks along with pass/fail status will be sent to your phone via SMS.
The results available on official websites, sms or DigiLocker are provisional in nature and students need to get the original certificates from their respective schools.
