MP NEET UG Counselling 2025: DME extends reporting, resignation, seat upgradation deadline

Download EBookThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has notified that four MBBS seats have been earmarked for the spouse and children of terrorist victims for allocation in state counselling based on the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) for the academic session 2025-26. The DME has also extended the last date for reporting, resignation, and upgradation for the first round of MP NEET UG counselling 2025.
As per the revised MP NEET UG 2025 counselling, candidates can take admissions up to 6 pm on August 25 while the deadline for resignation or cancellation of the allotted seat is 5 pm on August 26. The seat upgradation option can be edited up to 11:59 pm on August 26.
“It is mandatory for all candidates to exercise the option for upgradation (YES/NO) at the time of admission at college level. This can be edited until August 26, 2025 (11:59 PM),” the directorate said.

Earlier, the last date to report was August 23. MP NEET UG 2025 fresh seat allotment list was issued on August 20 after the DME removed 100 BDS seats from Guru Govind Singh College of Dental Science and Research Centre.
