MP NEET UG round 2 seat allotment result today; document verifications from tomorrow

The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, will announce the seat allotment result for the second round of MP NEET UG counselling today, September 22. Candidates will be able to check the MP NEET UG allotment result through the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.

Candidates allotted seats in the second round of counselling will have to report in person at their respective medical or dental colleges for document verification and admission from September 23 to September 29, 2025. Failure to report within the timeline may lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Earlier, the National Medical Commission (NMC) approved 100 seats each at two new government medical colleges in Sheopur and Singrauli. Under the state quota, 85 MBBS seats in each college were added to the available vacancies for MP NEET UG round 2 counselling 2025.

The Delhi High Court also allowed Index Medical College, Indore, to participate in MP NEET UG counselling 2025 with its sanctioned intake. As a result, 25 MBBS seats from the college was also included in the second round of counselling.

MP NEET Round 2 Allotment 2025: Mop-Up round upgradation

Candidates who obtained admission in the MP NEET UG round 2, as well as those from the first round of counselling who opted for upgradation, can apply for the mop-up round upgradation from September 23 to October 4, 2025.

As per the official schedule, online resignation or cancellation of admission at the college level can also be completed within the same period. The online resignation process ensures that seats vacated can be allotted to other eligible candidates during the Mop-Up round.
