Navodaya NVS Class 9, 11 LEST 2024 application starts; apply by September 31

Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 9 admission form 2024-25, Class 11 forms for lateral entry are available at navodaya.gov.in. The last date to register for LEST is September 31.
NEW DELHI: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has invited applications for admission to Class 9 and Class 11 through the lateral entry selection test (LEST) for the 2024 academic session against the vacant seats available. The last date for submitting the JNV lateral entry application forms is September 31.
Students willing to take admission in Class 9, and 10 can submit the NVS application form through the official website, navodaya.gov.in. The selection test will be conducted on February 2, 2024.

The eligibility criteria for LEST Class 11 is that the students must have studied Class 10 during the session 2023-24 from a government-recognised school where the JNV is functioning. The student must be born between June 1, 2007, and July 31, 2009.
For Class 9 LEST the students must be studying in Class 8 from a recognised school and should be born between May 1, 2009 and 31 July 2011.
The selection test for Class 11 will consist of questions from mental ability, English, mathematics, science and social science and will be OMR based objective type paper in both English and Hindi medium. The selection test for Class 9 will have objective questions from Hindi, English, mathematics, and science.

Students can follow the steps given below to fill in the NVS Class 9 and Class 11 LEST 2024 application forms.

Visit the NVS official website, navodaya.gov.in.

Now click on the Class 9 or Class 11 lateral entry selection test link under the homepage.

Click on the registration link for the class you wish to apply for.

Fill the application form by entering the required details.

Upload the documents as per the format specified.

Review the NVS LEST Class 11 or Class 9 application and submit the form.

Save and download for future reference.
