A caution deposit of Rs 1 lakh is mandatory for candidates participating in the Karnataka NEET UG round 2 counselling 2025. The payment will be made on or before August 25, 2025. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released rank cards for Bihar NEET UG counselling 2025. The seat allotment for round 1 will be declared on August 24.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the NEET UG 2025 counselling process for round 1 resignation to August 25. However, the revised dates for NEET UG 2025 counselling are still awaited.

There are around 12,045 MBBS seats across 70 medical colleges in Karnataka. The round 1 allotment results were declared recently, and the admission process concluded on Tuesday, where a total of 1,400 candidates have been allotted seats in Karnataka NEET UG round 1 counselling.

According to the NMC chief, there are a total of 1,18,098 UG seats, of which 59,782 are in government and 58,316 in private colleges. Eventually, NMC aims to increase the number of MBBS seats after completion of the inspection process.

• During the admission process, the first-year tuition fees will be submitted online.
• Along with all original documents, students should bring two photocopies for each document.
• Class 11 marksheet or passing certificate should mention the subjects studied by the candidate, especially biology.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has allowed NEET UG 2025 round 1 candidates to resign from their allotted seats without forfeiture of the security deposit. Candidates who have physically reported at the institute can submit their resignation on mcc.nic.in from August 21 to August 25.

The resignation will be considered valid only if the Resignation Letter has been generated online by the college on the MCC portal.

The Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has published the MP NEET UG Counselling 2025 revised first round allotment list for MBBS, BDS admissions today. 

Karnataka has 12,045 MBBS seats across 70 medical colleges. The round 1 allotment results were declared recently, and the admission process concluded on Tuesday. A total of 1,400 candidates have been allotted seats in Karnataka NEET UG round 1 counselling. 

Around 43,400 candidates have been listed in the Telangana NEET UG state merit list 2025. However, the counselling dates are yet to be announced by the Kaloju Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS). While the counselling process remains pending, the state's 4-year study policy is under legal scrutiny. Earlier this month, the Supreme Court reserved its verdict to repeal the Telangana domicile rule for MBBS admissions. The delay in the admission process has caused confusion and anxiety among aspirants. 

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has taken a stern action against bribery in medical college. A Karnataka private medical colleges has been barred from admission and increase in seats after the college offered a bribe of Rs 10 lakh to a assessor. The doctor has been blacklisted by the statutory body.

The Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 seat allotment result announced. Nearly 95% of the MBBS seats available in the state has been allotted to candidates. However, the numbers may vary in the subsequent rounds as students will access the process of upgradation, sliding, and seat withdrawal. The MCC NEET UG allotment under the All India Quota (AIQ) will also impact the seat matrix for upcoming rounds.  

Fresh allotment will be published and the admission process will resume after 3 pm today, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh said. A total of 5,367 candidates have been allotted seats in Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 counselling round 1. The state offers a total of  5,668 MBBS seats and 1,442 BDS seats for admissions. Some of the top choices for candidates were SMS Medical College, Jaipur, and Sardar Patel Medical College (SNMC), Jodhpur.

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) announced that the MBBS, BDS round 1 admission process has been suspended until further notice. The notice came after the revised provisional state merit list for 85% of the state quota seats was published. 

NEET UG Counselling 2025 | MCC will close the AIQ round 1 college reporting on August 22. The document verification for NEET round 1 will end on August 23.

JCECEB has announced the seat allotment result for round 1 of Jharkhand NEET UG counselling 2025. Candidates can download provisional seat allotment letter from the official website, neetug.jceceb.org.in and report to the allotted institute by August 19. 

Choice filling and locking for NEET UG round 2 will be open from August 22 to 26, 2025. During this period, candidates are required to enter their preferred courses and colleges on the counselling portal and complete the locking process within the deadline. NEET UG round 2 seat allotment will be carried out based on the options submitted by the candidates along with their NEET UG rank.

Candidates can complete registration and pay the counselling fee for NEET UG 2025 round 1 between August 21 and 26. Only registered candidates will be eligible to participate in choice filling and subsequent allotment.

Candidates allotted seats in Kerala NEET UG 2025 should submit printouts of their data sheet, allotment memo, and all required documents to the college authorities during reporting from August 19 to 24.

Candidates allotted seats in Kerala NEET UG counselling 2025 round 1 are required to produce the printout of the sheet, allotment memo and the documents before the college authorities at the time of admission.

Madhubani Medical College has released the category-wise fee structure for the MBBS course. For General/Minority category students, the annual tuition fee is Rs 14,00,000, while the annual hostel fee is Rs 3,15,000. The tuition duration is 4.5 years, and hostel facilities are provided for 5.5 years. The total fee for the entire course comes to Rs 81,32,500. For NRI students, the annual tuition fee is USD 30,000, with an annual hostel fee of Rs 3,15,000 and a security deposit of Rs 1,00,000. The total fee for NRI students amounts to USD 135,000 plus Rs 18,30,000.

The UP NEET BDS fees structure for various dental colleges in UP is as follows.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) revised the fee structure for MBBS and BDS colleges for the academic year 2025-26. Last year, the fees for  Bangalore Medical Colleges were Rs 65,100, while the revised MBBS fee is Rs 64,350. For BDS admissions, the last year's fee for Government Dental College was Rs 50,000, while this year it has been reduced to Rs 49,350.

UP NEET Counselling 2025 | The MBBS tuition, hostel, security, and miscellaneous fees at Era's Lucknow Medical College are given below. 

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, candidates taking admission to the School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida, are not required to pay a higher MBBS fee. As per UP DEMT, the institute has been granted Jain minority status and has to follow the government-approved MBBS fees structure for all seats in the open category.

DME Madhya Pradesh will announce the MP NEET counselling round 1 allotment results on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. Candidates will have to report to the allotted college between August 19 to 23. 

UP NEET Counselling 2025 | MBBS fee for Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research Center, Moradabad is as follows.

Madhya Pradesh has 43 medical and dental colleges, of which 18 are government and the remaining 25 are private medical colleges. 

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu, has announced an increase in MBBS fees for NRI and management quota. However, the government quota fee in 21 self-financing medical colleges has remained unchanged.

DME Madhya Pradesh issued a series of detailed instructions for MP NEET UG counselling 2025, including scholarship details for OBC, EWS, SC, and ST candidates. The scholarship details for students enrolled in undergraduate medical courses in MP are as follows. 

OBC MBBS Scholarship: The officials have clarified the 15% cut in the post-matric scholarship for backward classes in MBBS. As per the scheme, candidates who have taken admission under this category, full tuition fee paid, based on their NEET UG rank. However, as per the fees fixed by the MP Private University Fee Regulatory Commission 85% is the academic fee, and the remaining 15% is the development fee; hence, there's a 15% cut in the tuition scholarship.
