Candidates must choose and fill out their preferred colleges and courses throughout the NEET UG counselling choice-filling process. The options cannot be changed after they are locked. Candidates must therefore carefully fill out and lock their choices.

• Visit mcc.nic.in, the MCC website.
• Select the tab labelled "New Registration."
• Click "Sign in" after entering your NEET UG roll number, password, and security pin.
• Select the "Available choices" option.
• The list of colleges according to the course will appear on the screen of the choice filling dashboard.
• Candidates must choose the schools that best suit their interests.
• Sort the options according to their order. Before the locking period, the filled-out choices can be moved or eliminated.
• Click the "Save" tab to verify the selections.
• Candidates must lock the options after they are filled out to finish the process. Once locked, options cannot be unlocked.
• Before the deadline, candidates must carefully submit and lock their selections.

According to the latest updates, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) have extended the NEET UG 2025 round 1 counselling dates, and the counselling will now close on August 3, 2025.
