The testing agency declared the results for the UGC NET June 2025 exam on July 21 for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor, and admission to PhD programmes.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the UGC NET June 2025 certificates for the exam, held from June 25 to 29. Qualified candidates can download the certificate through the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The UGC NET June 2025 certificate can be downloaded through the official portal using login credentials such as application number and date of birth. Candidates should also have to enter a ‘Security Pin(Case Sensitive)’ to access the certificate for UGC NET June 2025 session.
The testing agency declared the results for the computer-based UGC NET June 2025 exam on July 21 for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor, and admission to PhD programmes.
“In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the certificate, he/she can mail at ugcnet@nta.ac.in or ecertificate@nta.ac.in,”according to the the official statement by the NTA.
According to the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2025 result data, a total of 1,28,179 candidates have qualified for Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) admissions.
Around 7.52 lakh appeared for the June session 2025 of the UGC NET, out of 10.19 lakh registered candidates. A total of 4,46,849 women, 3,05,122 men, and 36 third gender candidates sat for the competitive exam.
Out of which 5,269 qualified for both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for the post of assistant professor. Approximately, 54,885 have qualified for assistant professor and PhD admissions through the UGC NET 2025 June session.
