Pondicherry University: Spot round admission begins today; preference order

Pondicherry University Admission 2023: Candidates will have to report physically to the respective departments for spot admission at 10 am today.
NEW DELHI: Pondicherry University will fill the vacant seats for spot admission to various five-year integrated PG programmes, based on the results of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2023 today August 30 at 10 am. Candidates will have to report physically to the respective departments for spot admission.
Pondicherry University has published a list of vacant seats available on its official website, pondiuni.edu.in/admissions-2023-24. “It has been decided to permit the concerned Departments of the University to fill up the vacant seats by spot admission with the respective category candidates in the order of merit ” a statement from the university read.
Candidates seeking admission to various five-year integrated programmes will have to present all the required documents physically and will be granted admission based on the CUET UG 2023 score and merit according to their respective categories.
Those candidates selected for the spot admission will have to pay the admission fee online.

The university will give preference to the candidates as per the order mentioned below at the time of Pondicherry University spot admission 2023.

Candidates who were not listed in the select list published earlier, based on the overall merit list.

Candidates who got selected in the already notified select list but did not pay the fee.

Candidates who have not applied to Pondicherry University but those who have appeared for the required domain papers for the respective programmes and fulfil the required eligibility criteria.
