QS Asia University Rankings 2023: 5 IITs, IISc, Delhi University among top 100

IIT Bombay secured an overall score of 71 last year compared to 68.7 this year. However, it has improved to 40th rank from 42 in 2022.
NEW DELHI: Five Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have been ranked in the top 100 universities in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asia University Rankings 2023. A total of seven Indian universities bagged a position in the top 100 in the QS Asia University Ranking list 2023.
IIT Bombay secured 40th rank with a score of 68.7 out of 100. IITB secured an overall score of 71 last year, however, it has improved to 40th rank from 42 in 2022. IIT Bombay is one of the top public universities in Mumbai, India. It was ranked 172 in QS World University Rankings 2023.
By scoring 64.9 out 100, IIT Delhi bagged 46th rank. Indian Institute of Science (IISc) has been ranked 52nd improving its rank by 4 places from 56th in 2022 QS Asia University Ranking 2022.
IIT Madras, IIT Khargapur, IIT Kanpur bagged 53, 61 and 66th rank. The University of Delhi by securing 47.1 was ranked 85. The top universities ranked have shown improvement in the rank in the latest QS Asia University Rankings.
