QS Executive MBA Rankings 2025: IIM Bangalore’s PGPEM ranked top in India with 87.1 career outcomes score

IIMB’s PGPEM programme for working professionals has been ranked 50th globally and 10th in the Asia-Pacific region. It was assessed alongside 205 executive MBA programmes offered across 50 countries.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore’s Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) has been recognised as the top Executive MBA programme in India once again, as per the QS Executive MBA World University Rankings 2025. The two-year programme for working professionals secured the 50th position globally.
The IIM Bangalore’s PGPEM programme is also ranked 10th in the Asia-Pacific region and first among 205 executive MBA programmes assessed across 50 countries. The programme demonstrated strong 'Career Outcomes', achieving a score of 87.1 out of 100, surpassing the global average of 59.8.
As per the institute, the programme also received an 'Employer Reputation' score of 70.4, above the global average of 49.2, and a 'Thought Leadership' score of 54.9, compared to the global average of 45.0.
“The QS methodology additionally considers factors such as ‘Executive Profile’ and ‘Diversity’ as performance lenses, where PGPEM continues to demonstrate strength,” the official press release said. IIM Bangalore’s PGPEM programme is structured for mid- and senior-level working professionals. It allows them to pursue management education while continuing their jobs.

IIMB's position in Global MBA for EPGP programme
In the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025 for Business and Management Studies, IIMB ranked among the top 50 globally and is one of only two Indian business schools to achieve this.
The institute also secured top positions in India in the Global MBA rankings for the one-year full-time MBA for experienced professionals (EPGP) and the Master in Management (MiM) rankings for the two-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP).
