QS World University Rankings 2024: Shoolini University top private university in India

QS Rankings 2024: Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences has ranked in the 771-780 band.
NEW DELHI : Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences has emerged as the top private university in India as per the QS world university rankings 2024. The university shares the position with Chandigarh University. Both have secured a rank in the 771-780 band in the QS rankings.
Shoolini University has bagged the 20th place in India in overall rankings. The university recently ranked as the top private university in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2023.
Shoolini University has also been placed at 319th rank for citations per faculty and at 545th rank for international faculty in the world according to the QS rankings.

Congratulating the faculty and students of the university for the achievement, university chancellor professor PK Khosla said, “This is the result of sustained, dedicated work to enhance the standard of education in the university.”
Pro-chancellor Vishal Anand said, “This is a remarkable achievement for a 13-year-old university. We are poised to achieve many more such milestones.”
Vice-chancellor Professor Atul Khosla said the latest top rankings reinforced the accolades the university has been getting in the past couple of years. “Such recognition propels us to work harder towards academic excellence and to promote a research-centric learning environment,” he added.
