REET 2024 registration begins at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in; eligibility criteria

REET 2024 Registration: The last date to register for the REET 2024 exam is January 15, 2025.
NEW DELHI: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has commenced the registration process for the Rajasthan Eligibility cum Entrance Test (REET) 2024 exam today, December 16. Interested candidates can fill out the REET 2024 application form through the official website at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.

As per the schedule, the last date to register for the REET 2024 exam is January 15, 2025. Candidates will have to pay REET 2024 application fee, which varies depending on the level chosen by the candidates.
Candidates who want to appear for REET level 1 and level 2 will have to pay an application fee of Rs 550 each. However, candidates opting to appear for both levels have to pay a combined fee of Rs 750.
REET 2024: Exam date
The REET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on February 27, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: the first shift from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and the second shift from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.
The REET admit card 2024 will be issued on February 19, 2025. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the REET 2024 admit card.
“Depending on the number of applicants and availability of centers, the exam may also be conducted on subsequent dates,” the official notice read.
REET 2024 eligibility
The eligibility criteria for REET 2024 is as follows:
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either a passed or appearing 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (under any name).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks, and a passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (under any name), as per the NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulation, 2002.
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and a passed or appearing 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
