RRB NTPC city intimation slip 2026 out; admit cards soon for CBT 1 exams

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB NTPC UG city intimation slip 2026 on April 27, 2026. Candidates appearing for the CBT 1 examination scheduled from May 7 can now check their allotted exam city, date, and shift timing through the official website and regional RRB portals . Candidates can access their slip by logging into the official website rrbcdg.gov.in or respective regional RRB portals using their registration number, password/date of birth.
Students should know that city intimation slip is not the admit card. It is only an advance information slip and does not allow entry into the examination hall. The centre name, details, address and exam day guidelines will be mentioned on the admit card, which will be released soon.

How to download RRB NTPC UG exam city intimation slip 2026?
Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their slip:
- Go to rrbcdg.gov.in or your regional RRB website.
- On homepage, search for “CEN 07/2025 NTPC UG City Intimation Slip 2026”
- Enter your registration number and password or date of birth.
- Your exam city, date, and shift details will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a printout for future reference.
City slips are released ahead of admit cards so that candidates can make travel arrangements accordingly.
RRB NTPC UG Schedule
The CBT 1 exam will be conducted in multiple phases. The first phase begins on May 7, followed by further exams on May 8, 9 and between June 13 and 21 (except June 15). City slips are being released in phases, typically 8–10 days before the exam date.
RRB NTPC admit card will be released 4 days before the exam date, and no request for change of exam city, date, or shift will be accepted. Aadhaar-based biometric verification may be conducted at centres. Official notification reads, "Aadhaar Linked Biometric Authentication of Candidates will be done in the Exam Centre prior to entry in the Exam Hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhaar Card or printout of e-verified Aadhaar. Candidates are advised to authenticate their identification through Aadhaar verification, if not done already, by logging in with their credentials at www.rrbapply.gov.in to facilitate smooth entry into the Exam Centre"
RRB NTPC UG Exam Pattern
RRB NTPC selection process includes CBT 1, CBT 2, skill test (if applicable), followed by document verification and medical examination. The CBT 1 exam will consist of 100 objective-type questions from General Awareness, Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning subjects. Exam will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes and 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
